We have a growing number of international student let properties coming on to our portfolio in 2019. 

 

As we own or manage these properties ourself there are *no agency fees*, *referencing fees* or *admin fees*. 

 

We pride ourselves with having a great reputation among the international community and already have tenants happily living in our properties. 

 

Tenancies generally start in June or September of each year with a minimum contract of 10 months. As with all international clients payment is required in full on the move in day. 

 

Damage deposits of one and a half months rent for fully furnished properties is required and will be registered with DPS. Please see www.depositprotection.com for more info. 

 

Some of our properties come with bills included as well as weekly cleaning. 

 

All of our properties are located in the centre of Norwich and come completely fully furnished and ready to move into! A fully equipped kitchen is also provided.
