FAQ'S

Do you have additional properties that are not online?

We are roughly adding 2 new properties to our portfolio every month, we may have new properties not on our site just yet, please give us a call for up to date availability.

Where is the nearest supermarket?

All of our properties are in central Norwich, meaning that shops are a short walk away. Norwich is a small city and very pedestrian friendly.

 

Why can't I book online?

Our website doesn't support online bookings just yet, however if you give us a call or send us an email we'll get straight back in touch with you. Please make sure to give us as much detail about your requested stay.

 

How long can I stay for?

Currently our minimum stay is 1 week. We don't have a maximum stay, we have some guests that stay months with us. 

How much will it cost me?

Prices will depend on the time of the year you are booking and how long you are intending to stay for. We offer discounts for stays over 1 month. 

To give you a rough idea of costs, our 1 bed apartments stay from £550 per week. Our 2 & 3 bedroom properties start from £750 per week. Our 4+ bedroom properties generally cost over £1000 per week.

 

Can I extend my stay?

Yes, providing we have the availability we can extend your stay. Payment can be made direct.

 

Do you provide linen and towels?

Yes, we provide hotel grade linen and towels, all beds will be made prior to your arrival.

 

Do the properties come with wifi?

Yes.

 

Do you have a kitchen?

All of our properties come with a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans etc.

 

Am I expected to clean the property during my stay?

We kindly ask that you keep the property to a nice standard of cleanliness and please leave it the way you found it.

 

Can I arrive late at night or early in the morning?

Yes, as the apartment is set up as self check-in you are welcome to arrive out of hours.

 

Am I able to have an early check-in or a late check-out?

Yes, if available we can offer an earlier check-in or a late checkout for a fee of £20 per hour requested.

 

Can I leave my luggage at the apartment earlier on before I check in?

Sometimes we can accommodate this, please message us a day before your stay to see if it’s possible.

 

Can I smoke anywhere in the property?

No, all of our properties have a strict no smoking policy, fines will be in place if you do so.

 

Are there instructions for the property appliances such as the washing machine?

Some properties have instructions inside however please contact us if you get stuck, all of our appliances are very easy to use.

 

Am I allowed to have guests during my stay?

We are happy for a small number of guests to visit however we do not allow parties or any extra guests to stay the night without consulting us first. 

 

Does the property have an iron and ironing board?

Yes, all of our properties are equipped with essentials such as irons, ironing boards, clothes airers and kitchen utensils. 

 

Can I have the property cleaned during my stay?

Yes, we can offer a cleaning service (usually to longer stay bookings). Please contact us for prices and additional information. 

 

What happens if I lose the apartment key?

Lost keys will cost £25 to replace. Out of hours (19:00-08:00) call out fee to let you back into the apartment is charged at £75.

 

Can I order food or deliveries to the property?

Yes, please use the above address. If you require access to the postbox please contact us for the key.

 

Can you provide a baby cot for an infant child?

We do not provide cots however you are welcome to bring a travel one with you.
